ABOUT THE STONES
Obsidian, a cardinal protective stone has been used by humans for over 150,000 years to knapp into blades and axes tools and weapons which helped us survive and protect ourselves. I believe it triggers an epigenetic response of feeling safe, resourced and protected.
Black Tourmaline (schorl), is a cardinal protective stone which helps with Transmutation. It helps us to process energies we may find challenging or uncomfortable and transmute them into energies we are better able to process and respond to.
Smoky Quartz is a cardinal grounding earth elemental which helps us root down, and empty excess energies we don’t need into the earth but also pull energy up from the earth. Being grounded and rooted and in our body in connection with the earth stabilizes us to feel safer and better protected.
