We endeavor to make all your crystal dreams come true here at Mineralogy Project and will work with you to the best of our abilities to make it happen!
That being said, there are some Raccoon workshop details it’s good to check in about:
SHIPPING
Shipping generally happens once a week on Friday
Shipping is currently offered in the US only
Shipping is via USPS flat rate ($9, 16, 22 box sizes) most clients will kind of know which shipping level they need based on their order // the size of selected sets (I would guess 2-3 sets per $9 box) - but if you are unsure just choose at $9 box and I’ll message you if we need to size up and send a PayPal request for the balance
Shipping for custom healing sets can take 4-8 weeks, please check in with me if timeline is a consideration for you in ordering a custom healing set
Mineralogy Project insures all packages of a value over $200 as shop policy, but packages between $50-199 are not insured. Clients are responsible for communicating with the post office regarding any lost or missing packages, basically once we have dropped a box at the post office it is out of our hands
Everything is packed as safely as possible all the time, but if you receive a severely damaged box due to USPS handling and your stones have been damaged please email us to sort it out mineralogyproject(at)gmail.com
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Please read the listings and select stones carefully as all stones are non returnable / non exchangeable
Due to the nature of this material (it is both delicate and energetic) it does not work well to take returns and exchanges with crystals. That being said, if you are not happy with what you receive please email to let us know and we will do our best to rectify it
Intuitive vs. Individual selection sets: some listings are for intuitively selected sets similar to the ones in the image, other listings are for particular sets - if you want to make sure to choose particular stones then shop the sets with letters listed for individual availability
